Where do I ship?
I am shipping from Texas, USA and will ship anywhere USPS allows me to.
How much is shipping?
To keep things cheap, I am shipping in STAMPED mail. If you are not comfortable with this then please do not order. Domestic orders start at $1 while domestic orders start at $2. Some countries do have customs but as long as it is a small envelope you should not have to pay one.
I am not responsible for any additional fees placed on your order once it reaches your country as I am not able to calculate taxes and customs and they vary between each country.
Shipping processing:
Shipments are usually dropped off during the weekend but earlier times during the week may happen. It is just one person so please be patient :) If something comes up that will prevent your order to be shipped within 1-2 weeks I will notify you via email and keep delays updated.
Shipment tracking:
Since this will be stamped mail and I want to keep shipping costs at their cheapest, your order will not include tracking!
When will my order arrive?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for domestic orders during covid. Some orders may arrive within a week but if your post office is experiencing delays your order may arrive later. For international orders please allow 2-4 months depending on your country. For Europe and the UK orders tend to arrive in 1-2 months, other countries farther in distance it has taken up to 5-6 months.
Returns & exchanges:
I unfortunately cannot accept returns or refunds. I am also not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipment, once it is shipped it is out of my hands. If you received any damages during shipment please file a claim with your post office. If you are able to use a product I will not classify it as damaged.
However, if you accidentally recieve the wrong product please notify me right away and I will correct the issue! I am not able to issue refunds so please make sure that your order is correct before confirming. I can do exchanges or send the correct product if there was a mistake on my end but I will ask for photo proof.
Please double check your order before placing and if you put an incorrect address or name just email me or send me a message on instagram or twitter and we can fix the issue. If you have not recieved an update on your order after 2 weeks PLEASE check your order information, I will not be chasing down someone if there is an issue!
Can you make ___?
I will always take any suggestions or requests! If there's enough interest for them I will make them! I tend to make bookmarks based off the groups and things I like. I pick inspiration from them and make something. I have worked with my own friends before to make some so don't hestitate to let me know! (I would gift you something in return!)
Lyrics info:
The lyrics I tend to get directly from a groups music video. If that group does not have captions in their videos I will then look at any of the English lyrics that may be catchy or popular and then if I'm still unhappy with that then I will look at many translations online! I do not speak Korean but I understand the intricacies that involve the language so I will make sure the lyrics make sense and then choose the one variation that I like and make sure the context is similar throughout the different translations.
I will also try to keep the bookmarks inclusive, meaning no lyrics that include any preferences to a certain gender, gendered lyrics, etc (i.e. "I know what you like boy", "pretty girl you're like-", "he's a really bad boy", etc).
